Dieting

If "dieting" brings to your mind cutting back on enjoyable foods with the aim of losing body fat, this is not what Evfit is about.

For Evfit, what we eat is understood in relation to our body's needs and our body's needs are governed by our environment, including the stresses placed on our bodies by physical activity, disease, sleep patterns, pollution and carcinogens.

So, at Evfit, we are aiming for a healthy body which meets our realistic performance expectations.  Diet (not dieting) is one of the ingredients of a healthy body in a healthy environment, but it is not the only one and - in most cases - is not the most important one.

Our physical activity levels and types -  our "exercise" - is generally more important.
