I list the food eaten today grouped together - rather than in separate meal lists - in the rank according to grams of carbs.  The lesson for me is that even relatively low-carb vegetables can push total carbs over your target if eaten to excess - there is no massive buffer.

beef mince 564g (0g carbs)
sardines 80g (0g carbs)
olive oil 28ml (0g carbs)

The tally for the full day was:
Protein: 38%  Fat: 51%  Carbs: 11% (60g carbs) - providing 2530 calories
