Kettlebells (5) - more paleo exercising with kettlebells - the squat jerk
While the second kettlebells page showed Huw with a single 2 pood ( 32kg) 'bell, on this page he puts himself through paleo-type stresses with a pair of 2 pood 'bells.
It was about 55° Celsius in the sun when these pictures were taken. See the bracing of the belly in the second picture.


Note the lift with the whole body, exemplified by
the feet - he's almost flying!

The pictures were taken over a number of lifts,
so they are out of chronological sequence,
but are displayed in the sequence of the lift.
