Introduction - Each of us holds within us an inherited propensity to a Palaeolithic body conformation, though this inheritance may have been modified over time by environmental influences which (possibly irreversibly) affect gene expression. The further our lifestyles diverge from the range that is Palaeo, the more this is manifested in health, disease, rate of ageing, muscle mass, body fat, overall well-being etc. Our job is to identify how best we can be true to our genome through our lifestyle choices.
