Plate pull-over

For this I sit on a bench with a couple of 20kg (44lb) plates on my thighs, lie back and at the same time lift the plates above me.  Then I slowly lower the plates down over my head, then raise them again. Six or seven reps.  Just one set; I have too many other interesting things to do to devote more time to this than one set, once a week.
