Abs with a plate

The abs, being part of the core, are integral to Paleo fitness.  Although this exercise is unlikely to replicate any specific Paleo movement, it is a useful addition to your core/abs routine.


From resting my shoulders on the floor with the 20kg (44lb) plate held above me. I push the plate up toward my feet ten times.  To work the upper part of the abs, bring the feet further back over the chest and keep the legs straighter.  Good for male sexual stamina :-)
