Arms and legs splayed, then ...
... I spring up raising my hands and feet off the
mat simultaneously, bringing my feet and hands together
while I'm in the air - a bit like a 'clapping push-up'. From the side it looks like this (though my hands
had hit the mat before the camera took this image):
I generally do 30 of these toward the end of my gym session.
